Birmingham Black Barons - Black and Red Corduroy Snapback
The Birmingham Black Barons, originally known as the Birmingham Stars, formed in 1920 and were one of the first eight teams of the Negro Southern League. Several members including: Leroy “Satchel” Paige, George “Mules” Suttles and Bille Foster went on to be inducted in to the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Another famous player who had their start on the Birmingham Black Barons was Willie Mays, who would later become a Hall of Fame player with the New York Giants. Celebrate the history of the team with the 1948 Birmingham Black Barons design.
