Sandlot requires payment upfront to confirm your spot in the production queue. Your order will not be confirmed and placed into the production queue until this deposit is paid. If there is any remaining balance it will be billed upon order completion.

Sandlot overproduces for each custom order with the aim of allowing for quality control defects while still fulfilling the full order quantity. Occasionally, Sandlot will have items in addition to the ordered quantity that pass QC. Also at times greater error may occur than planned and we will end up slightly short. Sandlot reserves the right to ship orders 5% above or below the total order quantity. Product that is still of decent quality and might have a defect or two, but is still usable as a product (incl. possible resale usage), will be included in the order at half price to help avoid waste.
