Fabric swatches are color references. Melton Wool and trim colors are approximate until matched to physical samples. Availability is confirmed with your quote.

05Closure & rope

Self straps are available only on Dad Hats in Duck Canvas, Chino Twill, and Bull Denim. Our 1735 and 5040 profiles, and Melton Wool Dad Hats, default to snapback. The 2915 is available in Chino Twill with a snapback closure only.

06Choose your embellishments
Front embellishment style

Blank and one direct embroidery are included in the hat price. Embellished fronts have a one-time setup fee. Appliqué setup uses a placeholder estimate, confirmed with your quote.

Side embroidery

Choose one side only: left or right. Direct embroidery only; a per-hat fee and digitization fee apply.

Back vent embroidery

Direct embroidery only; a per-hat fee and digitization fee apply.

Optional retail finishing, priced per hat. These options do not add a setup fee or change the order minimum.

Either custom tag requires at least 288 hats and adds 3 weeks total, even when both are selected. These are one-time fees per quoted run.
